Topmark Management is a broad Business Management Consultancy aimed at providing businesses with cost effective ways to assist in achieving their goals by providing target specific solutions in a number of areas.

Our focus includes developing and implementing policy and procedures, structures, reporting and overall better flow in your business, in order to achieve success and piece of mind at the same time.
Our consulting approach is to spend time in your business, and get a feel for current operations. We identify opportunities for change and perform analyses in each of these areas. We formulate a detailed action plan, incorporate your feedback and implement changes whether it be by rewriting the policies and procedures, restructuring the flow of operations, training staff and adding the necessary processes, strategies and reporting into place to achieve the results that you are looking for.
Our broad knowledge in various departments of your business, gives us the opportunity to support departments or areas like marketing, media, sales, sponsorships, operations and finance on a retainer or project basis.
I finally started my own consultancy in 2014 and am living out my dream. My ideal of not working on one project, but a few at one time and being able to add value to a variety of businesses and projects is why I decided to start the management consultancy.
I am logical, clear and systematic, passionate about putting together policies and procedures to facilitate any business, and am able to influence a team to move in the same direction. I consider myself tenacious and results driven, working especially well with owner managed businesses.
My career started in the hospitality and tourism industry, with a Hotel Management Diploma and my BCOM under my belt, I managed various departments, including general management, and was lucky enough to experience being a part of two hotel openings and heading up a hotel refurbishment and repositioning of a hotel internationally in the UK. I then moved home and on to a National Procurement Manager position within the Industrial Catering Industry learning valuable lessons from costings, to contract negotiating. I moved on to head up operations for a company in the FMCG environment, overseeing marketing, sales, operations, production, distribution, HR and finance
Whilst my 22 years of work experience comes from hospitality, tourism, catering and FMCG, I’m also passionate about the business of sport and sports development in South Africa on all levels.
Paula Fredericks has also now joined the team and brings along a wealth of experience in finance and wholesale/ retail industry.
